For the first IHALC AI Group meet-up we will be discussing AI Strategies for in-house teams: why are you using AI? What business problems are you hoping to solve? How can you create an AI strategy that aligns with deliverable, defined goals and how do they align with the goals of the wider business?

We will be working through a framework to define and review AI strategies as well as hearing from members of the group who have already gone through this process.
