For the latest session of our AI Working Group, our topic is Talent. With the aid of Melissa Smith and Zoe Edwards of The Industry Club, and using data from our new Talent & Salary Survey, we will explore how teams are:

• Approaching training for AI
• Rewriting current job descriptions and devising new ones to align with AI workflows
• Determining which roles may no longer exist within their teams and which new ones to bring in
• Rethinking their FTE/freelancer mix
• Protecting junior roles and career development
