30 January
Breakfast Briefing
Fora, 180 Borough High Street, London SE1

The Business Case for Creativity, with Nick Horan, Reckitt, and David Harris, Deloitte.
Proving their value to the c-suite is a daily challenge for in-house teams. But those who can successfully communicate the impact and potential of creative and design expertise within an organisation have seen their remit and role expand to become genuine strategic partners, using creativity to unlock problems and help set the future direction of their brands.
At this in-person IHALC Breakfast Briefing, in partnership with Adobe, Nick Horan, Reckitt’s Global Brand Experience Lead, and David Harris, ECD at Deloitte, will be sharing their experience and insights.

How M&S Food won Christmas
Online
Of all the Christmas campaigns by UK supermarkets, the M&S Food campaign was the only one that was conceived, created and produced in-house, without the help of an external advertising agency. For this free online session, IHALC’s Patrick Burgoyne will be talking to M&S Food’s Robbie Black about why the campaign was so successful, how his team worked with production company partners to make it happen, and why M&S Food’s unusual in-house set-up is right for the brand.
