With Charlotte Tilbury’s Director Creative Agency – Operations, Katie Farmer, we’ll be discussing the secrets of effective, efficient in-house production.

Join your fellow in-house heads of agency, marketers, creative directors, operations directors, and studio and production managers for this session exploring the challenges and keys to getting the conditions and structures you need in place at an IHA to make production successful.

Katie Farmer will be sharing the expertise she has garnered over a hugely successful production career, both in external agencies as Head of Integrated Production at Engine and Production Lead at Anomaly, and in-house at AllSaints and now at Charlotte Tilbury. This will be followed by round table discussion expertly led by WDC and Adobe Workfront’s Lucinda Parish, which will give attendees the chance to share their challenges and learn from their peers .
