IHALC Benchmarking Survey 2025

In 2023, IHALC conducted the first benchmarking survey of in-house agencies in the UK and EMEA. The resulting report created a unique picture of the shape, size, ambitions and challenges of in-house agencies.

A lot has changed in the last two years, so it’s time to do it again.

Senior in-house leaders, we would like your contribution to the IHALC Benchmarking Survey 2025, in partnership with Frontify.

The survey asks for factual data as well as opinion, which means we would like just one response per brand. Rest assured, you will not be publicly identified as a responder, nor will any specific responses be attributed to you personally or your brand.

What will you do with the responses?
The results of the survey will be captured in a downloadable report and presented at a future IHALC in-person event, to which contributors will be invited. We will also present the findings in an online format. All contributors will receive a copy of the report.

Who will see my response?
All responses are confidential and non-attributable, in other words specific data revealed in responses will not be publicly attributed to individuals or companies and will only be used to inform general analysis, unless express permission is sought and given.
