ITV Creative: Lights, Camera

The extraordinary impact of the ITV drama Mr Bates vs the Post Office is one of the greatest media stories of recent times. ITV Creative has celebrated the way that the show has galvanised action to compensate and absolve those subpostmasters who were wrongly convicted and horribly treated in a striking press ad. The ad features a photograph of protestors outside the Royal Courts of Justice with a banner that reads: “Support our sub-postmasters”. Accompanying copy reads ‘Lights. Camera. But more importantly…Action.’

The ad was created by Alan Morrice and Ben Harris, with Nik Studzinski, who recently joined ITV Creative from Accenture Song, as ECD.
