Great work, in-house. IHALC’s autumn One-Day Summit is devoted to exploring how to brief, create and produce brilliant creative in-house
Our unique in-person event for leaders of in-house agencies, in partnership with Adobe Workfront, will focus this time on what it takes to make great work. With case studies, Q&As, and structured round-table sessions led by the experts at WDC, we will explore everything it takes to make great creative work in-house.
Econometrics in-house: Measuring the effectiveness of creative work helps prove the value of an IHA to the business and inform creative decision-making. Econometrics consultant Louise Cook of Holmes and Cook will share her experience of working with brands to implement econometric models and advise on how to use them effectively in-house.
We made this: we’re inviting in-house leaders attending the event to present one recent campaign and share with us the thing that they are most proud of, the biggest challenge and the most important lesson from it.
Recruiting in-house: Finding the right creative talent to work in-house can be a real challenge. WDC‘s Nicky Russell will discuss effective processes for recruiting creative leadership and teams that will thrive at your IHA.
Q&As: Throughout the day we will interview in-house leaders to reveal how they overcome challenges and produce innovative, inspirational work that delivers for their business.
Round-table sessions: this summit is all about peer-to-peer learning and connections. Our round-tables give attendees the chance to share best practice and knowledge in a safe space.
